Twitter

I have deactivated my Twitter account.

There are a number of reasons. One is the changes Twitter and made to their privacy policies which are in the interests of themselves and their advertisers, not you the consumer. But the main reason is I was just spending too much time on Twitter when there are more productive things I could be doing instead.

I haven’t been writing nearly as many blog posts this year as I have in past years and want to get back into good habits again. I am also reading more books now.

I may or may not decide to reactivate my Twitter account later on. Haven’t decided yet. Twitter users gives a 30 day period to change their mind by logging into it again. If the 30 days expire, all the account data gets deleted.
